Box Springs, Frames and Foundations:
What kind of foundation is needed to support your mattresses?
Any typical "standard size" boxspring, foundation or platform bed will work just fine. Basically any solid, flat surface.
Does your mattress come with a box springs, frames or a foundation?
No. The prices listed are for the mattress only.
Do you offer a boxspring, frames or foundation?
No. At this time we do not offer a boxspring, frames or foundation. Most of our customers either use their original or find one at their local mattress outlet store.
Warranty:
Do you offer a warranty?
Memory Foam Mattresses Warranty applies for the specified period of 10 years, UNDER NORMAL EVERYDAY USE. If the memory foam were to ever collapse or fails to recover during this time period, you can send the mattress back to be replaced FREE, all you have to pay is the shipping & handling.

Can I return the product?
Within 60 days of purchase. Just contact us for a return merchandise authorization RMA number before returning your item. If a return is made, there will be a 100% refund, minus any S&H charges. The mattress must be returned in a like new condition. Returns must be in sanitary condition and not have any tears, punctures, stains or odors. We will also need a copy of the original packing slip received in the package which contains the date of purchase.

Who do you use to ship?
Shipping is FREE via FedEx Ground on every order taken from this website: We use FedEx Ground for all our shipments. We can ship to virtually any address in any state in the contiguous 48 states.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Shipping times range from 2-6 business days in most cases. Almost 100 percent of the time we will ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. In some rare instances your order may take additional time to fill.
Packaging:
How do we ship a MATTRESS for free to any location?
The properties of memory foam allow us to compress, vacuum seal and roll your mattress into a small enough box to be shipped via FedEx.
After opening the box and removing your mattress, simply lay the mattress where you would like to use it and remove the plastic that it is covered in. Upon removing the plastic seal, you will instantly start to hear the mattress suck in air, like a sponge does water, and within 20 minutes or so it will have rebounded to it's original shape and be ready to sleep on.

Is the Memory Foam you use Made in the U.S.A.?
Yes. Every piece of material that we use on all of our products is made in the U.S.A.
Where do you get the memory foam that you use?
We purchase our memory foam from one of the top foam producers in the country. Located in Mississippi, this facility is also responsible for supplying many other "big named" companies in the memory foam mattress business. (Serta, etc)
